Confirm before you start, because requirements do get updated and nobody wants to find out after the roof is off.

The housing is remarkably consistent and that makes it easy to size work here. This is 1950s through 1970s ranch country: brick ranches on crawlspaces, low-slope and gable roofs, hardwood under carpet, original galvanised and cast iron plumbing in the earliest ones, and mature hardwoods over every street. I-20 east from the yard to Forest Drive or Two Notch Road, then Trenholm Road across the older neighbourhoods. Twenty-five minutes on a normal morning. Forest Drive at commute hours is the reliable delay, along with school traffic around the Satchel Ford and Trenholm campuses in the afternoon. Give us the street, whether there are low limbs over the driveway, the condition of the apron, and whether the load is a dry cleanout or wet flood and plumbing material — wet material changes the size we bring.
